Project 2 FAQs

 

• When do surveys open each year?
  Surveys typically open mid to late January each year. We will send out an email a few days before surveys open. You may also get a reminder email to complete the survey. Please contact us if you have not received an invitation by early February of each year.


• When do surveys close each year?
  Surveys are typically open for at least a month. We encourage you to complete the survey as soon as possible after you receive the email announcing that the survey is open. We will close the survey after we have received a minimum number of responses.


• I participated last year; why have I not received a new survey link for this year?
  Please email us; it could be that your physical address or email address has changed.


• When will I receive my incentive?
  Incentives may arrive anywhere from 4-8 weeks after you complete the survey. Please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes the incentive is sent directly there.


• My incentive link does not work. How can I obtain a working link?
  Please email us.


• How can I invite a friend to participate? My friend told me about this study. How can I participate?
  Thank you for your interest. At this time, we are not enrolling new participants in the study.


• Are you sending out surveys this year?
  Yes!


• How do I update my contact information for this project?
  Please email us the information you wish to update (e.g., email address, student/employee status)
